This year marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up and the best way to celebrate it is to deepen reform and expand opening-up, Premier Li Keqiang said on March 6.
The Premier made his remarks when joining a panel discussion with deputies from South China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing.
At the panel discussion, Guangxi deputies showed their great interest in policies concerning reform and opening-up.
The Premier said Guangxi’s main economic indicators grew faster than the national average in the past five years due to the reform and opening-up policy. In the future, the policy also will contribute to Guangxi’s greater development, Premier Li added.
