Premier Li Keqiang visited a local market in Liping county, Guizhou province on Feb 13. During the trip, he interacted with shop owners and discussed their problems regarding business, tax, rent and other difficulties they face.

Li always takes time out during field inspection visits to meet the smallest units as that helps him understand the ground reality.
