Walking up the rattling floor of a shabby two-story wooden house, Premier Li Keqiang visited a poor villager’s home in Pudong village, Liping county, Guizhou province on the afternoon of Feb 13. The Premier gave Lin Xianping several packets of food for the festival that Li had bought from the market earlier that day.

The Premier told local officials that Pudong village should be listed in the poverty alleviation effort.
