Premier Li Keqiang said inclusive development is necessary, when he met migrant workers and inspected renovation projects involving dilapidated houses in Guangzhou, Guangdong province on Jan 6.

He also said the authorities must improve the livelihoods of migrant workers and underprivileged people, ensure fair competition, and do their best to provide equitable access to public services and opportunities, so that these people can live a life of hope and are rewarded for working hard.
