At a panel discussion with deputies from Central China’s Hunan province at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing on March 12, Premier Li Keqiang said everyone has a unique value.

He made the remark when informed that a disabled woman started her own business on an online platform and helped other rural residents find jobs.

The internet should enable everyone to demonstrate their value, Premier Li added.
