Premier Li Keqiang encouraged Northwest China’s Ningxia Hui autonomous region to become a reform exemplar of inland China and facilitate market entities as he join a group discussion among Ningxia deputies at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress on March 10.

One deputy said that the government of Yinchuan, capital city of Ningxia, is promoting reform to simplify administrative permits.

Premier Li said Ningxia’s fast development over the past several years and its better-than-average economic index are attributed to the local self-initiated revolution, despite the fact that Ningxia’s inland location with a vulnerable ecosystem.

“The goal of reform is to bring convenience to enterprises and people as much as possible,” he added.
