Premier Li sends condolences to British PM over Manchester blast

Premier Li Keqiang sent a message of condolence to UK Prime Minister Theresa May on May 23 regarding the explosion in the British city of Manchester.

In his message, Premier Li expressed deep sorrow to the innocent victims, and extended sincere condolences to the bereaved families and the injured.

At least 19 people were killed and 59 injured in the blast that occurred outside Manchester Arena right after the end of a concert late at night on May 22.
