Premier Li Keqiang published a signed article in Kazakhstan’s most influential newspaper Kaz Pravda on Nov 3, before he started official visit to the country.

Production capacity cooperation is one of the highlights and an important growth driver in China-Kazakhstan cooperation, said Premier Li.

China is willing to join hands with Kazakhstan to advance friendly cooperation to a new high and benefit peoples of the two nations with pragmatic achievements, the Premier added.
