“People said that Fujian is a place with luck as ‘Fu’ means happiness. I think the place also needs more development as ‘jian’ means construction,” Premier Li Keqiang said during the discussion with deputies to the 12th National People’s Congress (NPC) from Fujian province in Beijing on March 7.

“It was our leaders and people who made the great achievement since the reform and opening up policy more than 30 years ago,” the Premier said, “The happiness in Fujian is achieved through the endeavor of local officials and people here in the province”.
