During Premier Li Keqiang’s tour of the comprehensive service hall of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone on Sept 18, the official in charge said the “negative list” is much shorter than that of the previous year. Following the official’s praise for the support of various ministries, Li waved his hands and said he did not come to ask what each ministry has done for the free trade zone. Instead, he just wanted to know what else they could do for the zone.
