The State Council decided to make temporary changes to 11 administrative regulations and some administrative approval items stated in the cabinet’s documents in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, according to a circular issued on May 5.

The temporary changes, which will be effective until Dec 21, 2018, are aimed at supporting the city’s trial operation on separating business licenses from administrative approvals.

The adjustment mainly covers six categories, including business records for publications rentals, report filing on drug advertisements, radioactive drug licenses for medical institutions, accreditation of agencies’ qualification on private immigration, approvals on processing trade contracts, and administrative approvals on first imports of general cosmetics.
