Vice-Premier Liu Yandong will visit Lausanne, Switzerland from June 7 to 10 to attend a communication meeting between candidate cities of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the International Olympic Committee.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hong Lei made the announcement at a daily press briefing on June 5.

Hong said Liu will also pay a visit to Finland from June 11 to 14 at the invitation of its government.

From June 15 to 18, Liu then will visit Czech to attend China-Central and Eastern European Countries Health Minister forum, at the invitation of Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka.
