State Councilor Guo Shengkun will visit Russia from April 12 to 15 and attend the 10th meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) security council secretaries, a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on April 10.

Guo, who is also minister of public security, was invited by Russia’s Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Hua Chunying said.

Guo and Patrushev will exchange views on law enforcement cooperation.
