BEIJING — Liu Kun was nominated March 19 to head China’s Ministry of Finance by Premier Li Keqiang at the ongoing session of the national legislature.
Nearly 3,000 deputies to the 13th National People’s Congress will vote on the nomination at a plenary meeting.
