Premier Li welcomes New Zealand PM in Beijing

Premier Li Keqiang has held a welcome ceremony for visiting New Zealand Prime Minister John Key at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

The two had talks and agreed to make better use of the free trade agreement. They said China and New Zealand should promote cooperation in the fields of farming and animal husbandry and innovation, and expand mutual investment.

They also stressed the sides should jointly accelerate the negotiation process of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership to promote the regional economic integration. Premier Li and Key also witnessed the signing of series of agreements.
