Premier Li Keqiang met Andrew Little, leader of New Zealand’s Labor Party, in the capital, Wellington, on March 27.

According to Premier Li, China has attached great importance to relations with the opposition Labor Party, which holds the second largest number of seats in Parliament.

“China is willing to upgrade bilateral negotiation on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and expand cooperation on trade and investment while providing a favorable business environment and tapping the potential to cooperate in various fields, such as agriculture, infrastructure construction and service industries,” the Premier said.
