Kazakh Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev welcomed Premier Li Keqiang at an airport in Kazakhstan on Nov 3.

The two leaders met at the 15th prime ministers’ meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Kyrgyzstan before Premier Li’s visit to Kazakhstan.

Accompanied by Sagintayev, Premier Li reviewed the guard of honor while the military band played the national anthems of the two countries.
