Premier Li Keqiang left Macao on Oct 12 after his official visit to the region and the 5th Ministerial Conference of the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.

The Premier said he experienced firsthand the patriotic, inclusive, and enterprising spirit of Macao’s people, and believes Macao will have a brighter future.

The central government will continue to support the law-based administration of the chief executive and the special administrative region government, and promote communication and cooperation between the mainland and Macao, added the Premier.
