Premier Li Keqiang addressed the annual high-level General Debate of the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly at the UN headquarters in New York, on Sept 21. After the speech, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe walked up to shake hands and talk with Premier Li in the hallway outside the conference hall.
