Premier Li Keqiang laid a wreath at a monument that honors soldiers who died for Laos’ independence and national liberation, in Vientiane, the Lao capital, on Sept 8.
To the sound of solemn music, the Premier stood in silent tribute at the monument before laying the wreath.
