Premier Li Keqiang on April 24 revisited Lushan to mourn the victims and heroic martyrs three years after a deadly earthquake hit the town in Southwest China’s Sichuan province.

Premier Li walked up the stairs of Lushan at a slow pace, and placed a flower on the memorial table at the 4.20 Lushan earthquake memorial hall. The table is engraved with the names of all the 196 victims who died in the quake.

The Premier bowed deeply and observed a minute of silence as he paid his condolences.
