Premier Li Keqiang said that China and Afghanistan are neighbors and friends, and China is willing to offer help in the peaceful reconstruction and development of Afghanistan.

The Premier met with Afghan Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah, who was attending the 14th Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Zhengzhou, Henan province, on Dec 15.
