Premier Li Keqiang said the innovative model of registering without having to wait for approval for enterprises helps them improve their international competitiveness, while visiting the administrative center at the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) on Nov 25.

The Premier was told by a company owner that it now takes two days to complete the registration procedure for outbound investment, which used to take two weeks.
