Premier Li Keqiang met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Oct 29.

Both sides agreed to take the consensus reached at the last round of Sino-German inter-governmental consultation forward, enhance mutual trust, and promote cooperation in all areas, comprehensively upgrading the ties between the two nations.

After the talks, they witnessed the signing of 13 cooperation agreements ranging from youth exchange to finance.
