China willing to take part in transoceanic railroad

Premier Li Keqiang said that China was willing to use its advanced capabilities and technology to take part in a transoceanic railroad linking the Pacific Ocean with the Atlantic Ocean if the Peruvian government requested at a meeting with Peru President Ollanta Humala on May 22. The two leaders witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements on capacity, infrastructure and aerospace following the meeting.
