Premier meets entrepreneurs on China-made ferry in Rio de Janeiro

Premier Li Keqiang boards the “Sugar Loaf Mountain” ferry in Rio de Janeiro on May 20. The ferry was made in China and is named after one of Rio’s biggest tourist attractions and has a capacity of 2,000 passengers. The Premier said it represented another achievement in cooperation between China and Brazil on production capacity and manufacturing.

Premier Li Keqiang meets with over 20 Chinese and Brazilian entrepreneurs on a China-made ferry in Rio de Janeiro on May 20. The Premier said the two countries’ economies are mutually compatible with their respective strong points and offer great potential for further cooperation. He also said the governments of the two countries should support the development of enterprises, thus helping to boost bilateral cooperation.
