Premier Li Keqiang visited the local clinic in Pudong village, Liping county, Guizhou province on Feb 13. Learning that the village doctors had to do farm work to make the ends meet, the Premier said this year’s newly added allowances for grass-root basic public healthcare services should go to village doctors to help them focus on their work without worrying about making ends meet.
