Premier Li Keqiang made an inspection tour to Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute on Jan 5. The Premier said that Chinese enterprises’ and Chinese equipments’ “going global” to overseas market will spur “made in China” to be upgraded.

The director of the institute Luo Bixiong thought highly of Premier Li’s range of knowledge after answering all of the Premier’s questions. “The questions Premier Li Keqiang raised are very professional,” Luo said. “The Premier is indeed a true ‘Super Salesperson’ to his name.”

Regarding unfair treatment some Chinese companies encountered in foreign countries, Premier Li encouraged enterprises to report this kind of common problems to related departments. Li said he himself would address the situation directly in negotiations between nations and governments. “The government is fighting for the whole country’s welfare when fighting for the interests of Chinese enterprises”, the Premier said.
