On Sept 11, Premier Li Keqiang met the owner of a small company specializing in the technology to keep food fresh in Tianjin Rongke Building who told him that his company has cutting-edge technology but he could not afford advertising to increase market shares. Li smiled and told the journalists who were present that he wished they could give more coverage to micro and small enterprises. He then asked the entrepreneur to continue his business while maintaining his integrity - and also to ensure the quality of his products.
