Premier Li Keqiang was invited to stamp the business license for a new private hospital during his visit to the Binhai New Area Administrative Approval Bureau in Tianjin on Sept 11. Li said medical institutions, services and resources in China are far from satisfactory for people, and private institutions should fill in the gap and help build a multi-layer market of medical services.
