Premier Li leaves for official visits to Australia, New Zealand

BEIJING — Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing on the morning of March 22 for official visits to Australia and New Zealand, accompanied by his wife Cheng Hong.

During his stay in Australia, Premier Li will also attend the fifth annual meeting between Chinese and Australian prime ministers.

Premier Li is making the visit at the invitation of Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and New Zealand Prime Minister Bill English.
