Premier Li sends condolences to Turkish prime minister over Istanbul blasts

Premier Li Keqiang sent a condolence message to Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim on Dec 13, to mourn victims of the blasts in Istanbul on Dec 10.
The Premier also extended his sincere condolences to their families.
