Updated: May 23,2016 11:58 PM

Premier Li Keqiang visited the exhibition center in “Optics Valley”, in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province, on May 23, commending the concept put forward by the center: Optics Valley values not only hi-tech manufacturing, but cluster development.

The Premier said technology innovation cannot be achieved without system and mechanism innovation.

Only an inclusive “valley” can entice talent from around the world, said the Premier. “I hope you go ahead not only as China’s valley, but the valley of the world, that has the capacity to attract talented people from all over the world,” the Premier added.
