Premier Li Keqiang put forward a six-point proposal while addressing the 18th Leaders’ Meeting between ASEAN member states and China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (10+3).

He called on East Asian nations to accelerate their economic integration, safeguard regional stability, improve inter-connectivity, conduct international production capacity cooperation, deepen cooperation in poverty reduction through the development of agriculture and expand people-to-people exchanges.
