Premier Li Keqiang told global business leaders at the Summer Davos Forum in Dalian on Sept 9 that the world’s economic growth is lacking the vigor for further growth and China is facing downward pressures.
But he also said that despite the fluctuations, China still sees a positive momentum as its economic growth reached 7 percent in the first half of 2015, which puts it at the top of the world’s major economies.
