“We must conduct a thorough investigation and release the results to the public in order to punish illegal acts and dereliction of duty as well as give an answer to families of victims, citizens of Tianjin, people of our country and history,” Premier Li Keqiang said while chairing a meeting to direct rescue efforts in Tianjin on Aug 16.
