Premier Li Keqiang made the remark when he met with Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov in Beijing on March 27.
The two signed 33 capacity cooperation documents covering a wide range of fields with a total amount worth $23.6 billion. Premier Li said that capacity cooperation can help promote the industrialization of the two countries and provide an example for related countries.
