Premier Li Keqiang posed for a photo with an eight-year-old boy of the Dong ethnic group, in Liping county, a poverty-stricken county in Southwest China’s Guizhou province, on Feb 13.

The boy, called Lin Shiju, attracted the Premier’s attention as he took many pictures of the Premier during his visit.

The boy told the Premier that the cell phone he was using to take the pictures belongs to his mother - and the Premier then posed for a picture with him.
