China is willing to take part in the Bright Road program the Kazakh government recently announced, said Premier Li Keqiang at the second meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee on Dec 14.

The Bright Road program focuses on development of infrastructure, which demands steel, cement, flat glass and power plants; China has significant strengths in manufacturing equipment needed in producing these resources, and is willing to support Kazakhstan and achieve mutual benefits, said Li.
