China will send more medical workers to Ebola-hit areas

The Chinese government has provided supplies worth 750 million yuan to Ebola-hit areas, Premier Li Keqiang said at the East Asia Summit in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, on Nov 13.

He said a total of more than 300 Chinese experts and health care workers are assisting efforts to prevent and treat Ebola in the areas affected by the outbreak. He also said China will send more health care workers to these areas.
