In his comments at the 9th East Asia Summit on Nov 13, Premier Li Keqiang stressed China’s sincere and consistent policy of building friendship and partnership with neighboring countries.

He said China hopes to promote common development and bring benefits to the region through its own development.

The Premier also said China firmly supports ASEAN in establishing a community focused on politics, security, economy and social culture so as to contribute to regional development.
