Premier Li Keqiang said the key for East Asia cooperation is to facilitate economic integration in the region.

He made the comments at the 9th East Asia Summit on Nov 13.

He said China is willing to work with all parties and strive to conclude negotiations on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) by the end of next year.

The Premier also stressed China’s open-mindedness toward the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement negotiations (TPP), saying that any free trade arrangement could play an active role in building fair and free international and regional trade orders.
