XICHANG — China successfully launched the No. 2 telecommunication technology test satellite on the late night of Jan 5 from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China’s Sichuan province.
The satellite was launched at 11:18 p.m. by a Long March-3B carrier rocket.
