BEIJING — Postal enterprises should compensate their clients for lost and damaged parcels within seven days, according to a new regulation that will come into effect on Dec 1.

People can file complaints to administrative organs if postal enterprises fail to make the compensation in time, said the newly revised regulation on the administration of postal services.
