As a practitioner of social innovation, 29-year-old Cai Yanqing founded the Yi-Gather Community that offers rentals much cheaper than the market price, a way to offer affordable office space for young people who want to start their own businesses.

The community has now been joined by a total of 1,390 workers from 85 cities in 13 countries sharing working resources and social connections. Most of them are working in the IT, art design and social innovation sectors.
