BEIJING - China’s urban fixed asset investment rose 15.9 percent from one year earlier to 40.62 trillion yuan ($6.62 trillion) in the first 10 months of 2014, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Nov 13.

The pace of increase slowed further from the 16.1-percent growth registered in the January-September period and 20.1-percent rise posted in the same 10 months last year.
