After the crane ship laid an 80-meter-long and 35.5-meter-wide simply supported steel truss to the top of the pier, the layout of all the non-navigable steel truss beams of Pingtan cross-strait highway-railway bridge was completed, laying a solid foundation for laying the tracks in October 2019. Pingtan cross-strait highway-railway bridge is a double-decker bridge with a total length of 16.34 kilometers. It consists of three navigable cable bridges, and is a key control project in the Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway and Changle-Pingtan Highway. [Photo/Xinhua]
