Work begins on construction of key bridge in China-Myanmar rail

Nujiangte bridge is a key project of the China-Myanmar international railway in the segment linking Dali and Ruili of Southwest China’s Yunnan province. On Jan 19, pier studs and cable stand ready for work to begin on Jan 24. Located at the junction of Shidian county and Longling county in Yunnan province, the bridge will be 1,024.2 meters long and 211 meters tall. [Photo/Xinhua]
