BEIJING — Portuguese Minister of Foreign Affairs Augusto Santos Silva will pay an official visit to China from Oct 18 to 23, a Chinese spokesperson said on Oct 17.
The minister will visit at the invitation of State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, according to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang at a daily press briefing.
