TAIYUAN — Cargo train services began on Sept 30 between Taiyuan, capital of North China’s Shanxi province, and Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar.

A train carrying 41 containers left the Zhongding Logistics Park on Sept 30 on a trip of 3,705 kilometers.

The Taiyuan-Pavlodar line is the first cargo service from Shanxi to central Asia.
